Candidate will be responsible for representing clients in court, drafting legal documents, and providing sound legal advice. Experience in Employment law, Personal Injury law, or Medical Malpractice law is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Represent clients in civil litigation matters across various practice areas
  • Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as Westlaw to support case strategies.
  • Draft and file legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
  • Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients while maintaining a focus on their best interests.
  • Prepare for trials by organizing evidence and developing case strategies.
Requirements
  • Admission to the Texas bar or a plan to do so is required.
  • Experience or knowledge in courtroom civil litigation is preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
