Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all on-site civil construction activities, including sitework, concrete, underground utilities, and structural foundations.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily work activities of field crews, subcontractors, and equipment resources.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and promote a culture where safety is a core value on every jobsite.
• Monitor project schedules and proactively address delays or conflicts to keep projects on track.
• Coordinate with Project Managers on manpower planning, equipment needs, and production goals.
• Review plans, specifications, and drawings to ensure accurate execution of work.
• Maintain high-quality standards and minimize rework through proper oversight and planning.
• Oversee site logistics, including material deliveries, equipment usage, and jobsite organization.
• Complete and maintain accurate daily reports, including labor, equipment, and production tracking.
• Communicate effectively with clients, inspectors, and internal teams to ensure alignment and project success.
• Identify and resolve field issues in a timely and effective manner.

POSITION OVERVIEW
