As part of our engineering team, you’ll specialize in the design and application of floor and roof systems made from open-web steel joists and steel deck—the backbone of countless buildings across the country.

This is an exciting opportunity to apply your classroom knowledge, gain hands‑on experience, and grow into a technical expert in the steel structures industry.

• Design innovative steel structures and products that meet a variety of loading and environmental conditions.
• Collaborate with engineers, detailers, and production teams to bring your designs to life—from concept to fabrication.
