Shine BrightX LLC invites rising juniors/seniors in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering to join as an intern. You'll collaborate with Manufacturing, Procurement, Service, QA, and Engineering to refine design criteria and develop new methods.

Expect hands-on learning through project work, shadowing, and leadership interactions, with potential for a full-time role after graduation based on performance.

Qualifications

• Rising junior or senior pursuing a degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited college or university; Civil or Structural engineering preferred.
• CAD skills including design applications and converting drawings to 3D models.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate and recommend changes in design criteria, analysis methods, drafting procedures, and develop new methods and procedures.
• Collaborate with a design team including Manufacturing, Procurement, Service, Quality Assurance, and Engineering Services to troubleshoot potential design errors.
• Apply design knowledge considering manufacturability of the final design.
