Job summary

Corle Building Systems is seeking a Civil/Structural Design Engineer to design metal building systems in compliance with building codes and specifications. You will use multiple software packages to deliver effective and economical solutions for projects such as churches, hangars, sports complexes, and retail facilities.

You will manage several projects through the engineering process, collaborating with customers and teammates from other departments, and assist sales in bidding and estimating.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Civil Engineering from ABET-accredited program.
• Experience with metal building design and code compliance is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design metal building systems compliant with codes and specs using multiple software packages.
• Provide effective, economical solutions for diverse projects (churches, hangars, sports complexes, retail, industrial).
• Manage multiple projects through engineering process; communicate with customers and other departments.
• Assist sales in bidding and estimating for metal building projects.
• Represent Corle Building Systems as an engineering resource in sales meetings.
