Coordinates crews to optimize production and project performance on high volume (<$10M) civil works projects. Under the Site Superintendent, performs on-site work to ensure the project meets the project objectives, schedule and budget. Maintains relationships with Client, Customer and Eagle Eye Electric team, and responds as needed to inquiries, inspections, and requests. Provides clear and concise status / daily reports to the Site Superintendent (and others as required). Provides quality control oversight of site work to confirm that work is being conducted in accordance with the plans and specifications. Works with project quality control personnel to take corrective actions to maintain and advance project milestones. Maintains and enforces safety regulations and ensures that all work is performed in a safe manner. Supports daily onsite tailgate meetings with BSNC staff and subcontractor(s).
This position will not have supervisory responsibilities.
This position is not subject to federal requirements regarding Department of Transportation "safety-sensitive" functions.

The work schedule will require working more than 8-hours per shift, nominally working Monday through Friday, work on weekends will be occasionally required, weather depending.
The job requires the use of smart phones, cameras, tablets, GPS equipment in the field. The use of personal protective equipment is required - hardhat, safety glasses, safety shoes, safety vests, hearing protection, etc.
As a condition of employment, you will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and have acceptable background check results. If applicable to the contract, you must also obtain and maintain the appropriate clearance levels required and must also be able to obtain access to military installations.
