Kinsley Construction is seeking a Site Estimator to join our York, PA team. You will evaluate project plans, conduct site visits, and produce detailed cost estimates for heavy civil projects to support on-time, on-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate has an engineering or construction management background, strong analytical and computer skills, and experience with take-off software and MS Office. This is a safety-sensitive, on-site role.

Qualifications

• Experience in civil construction estimating.
• Proficient in take-off software and MS Office.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Review project plans and site conditions to understand requirements.
• Conduct on-site visits to gather information for estimates.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment and other expenses.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options.
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for pricing information.
• Monitor project costs and adjust estimates as needed.
• Stay current with industry trends and construction methods.
