Job summary

CORE Consultants Inc is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex land development and energy/public infrastructure projects from planning through closeout. You will own budgets, schedules, quality, and client relationships, building teams, negotiating contracts, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, a PE license or the ability to obtain within 6 months, 15 years of PM experience, and strong AutoCAD Civil 3D and MS Office

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or related field.
• PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• 15 years project management experience.
• Proven track record with land development, infrastructure, or renewable energy projects.
• Advanced AutoCAD Civil 3D & Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Colorado client relationships and contract negotiation experience.
