STV Incorporated seeks a Full-Time Civil Roadway Engineer to join our Franklin or Chattanooga, TN offices. The role demands technical leadership, guiding complex designs and mentoring junior staff while supporting public-sector projects and business development.
The candidate will develop highway geometrics, drainage, signing, and utility coordination, from schematic design through PS&E and construction, ensuring adherence to standards.
STV is looking for a Full-Time Civil Roadway Engineer in either our Franklin or Chattanooga, TN locations. This role is ideal for an experienced roadway engineer who is ready to take on greater technical leadership, guide complex design efforts, support public-sector clients, and mentor early-career staff while contributing to high-visibility transportation programs. We are looking for a motivated individual who wants to be part of a successful, growing practice within a firm that values integrity, determination, drive, and rewards individuals accordingly. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to interact with clients on a regular basis and contribute to business development efforts.
Compensation Range: $94,459.48 - $107,953.69
