Job summary

Atlas in Longview, WA is seeking a CM Inspector 2 to provide quality assurance inspection for heavy civil infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of road, bridge, or transportation-related experience or equivalent education in construction quality.

Qualifications

• 4 years of construction quality experience or a relevant degree.
• Navigate uneven surfaces and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Compose daily inspection reports.
• Track materials for contract compliance.
• Monitor field testing throughout the project.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency with mobile computing tools (Outlook, Bluebeam, Excel, Word)

Ability to interpret contract plans and specifications

Willingness to travel for Western Washington projects

Education

Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline

4+ years of construction quality experience
