Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of engineering project experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Experience in Site Civil, Transportation, Water Resources, H&H, Coastal, or Municipal/Land Development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from planning through construction.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and work plans.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
• Lead project meetings with clients, agencies, and internal teams.
• Review engineering deliverables for quality and compliance.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business and new client development.
• Mentor engineers and technical staff while promoting professional development.
