CDC seeks a Civil Project Manager to lead site development and civil design initiatives in Western North Carolina. You will manage multiple projects, mentor junior staff, and ensure client satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have 3–6 years of land development experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle budgets, schedules, and permits for diverse projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or Landscape Planning is required.
• 3-6 years of land development design and project management experience in a land development firm.
• Active NC certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsabilités

• Daily coordination with clients and staff to manage multiple projects.
• Oversee scheduling, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with permitting agencies and stakeholders; QA/QC of civil design plans.
