Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing civil infrastructure or sitework projects.
• Demonstrated experience with earthwork, utilities, foundations, drainage, and concrete structures.
• OSHA 30 Certification (or ability to obtain).
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, schedule, budget, and key deliverables.
• Oversee field execution and ensure compliance with plans/specifications.
• Manage project budgets, cost forecasts, and negotiate change orders.
• Administer contracts and ensure documentation compliance.
• Serve as main point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
