Civil Project Manager – Land Development

We're looking for a Civil Project Engineer who excels at both technical design and client development. In this seller-doer role, you'll lead land development projects, produce high-quality Civil 3D construction documents, manage client relationships, and help grow our business.

What You’ll Do

• Design and manage land development projects from concept through construction
• Prepare grading, drainage, and utility plans in Civil 3D
• Oversee project scope, budgets, schedules, and quality
• Build strong relationships with clients, agencies, and project teams
• Mentor junior engineers and support business development efforts
