Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a Civil Engineer to lead a team of engineers and drive land development and municipal projects from planning through construction.

You will mentor staff, manage project schedules and budgets, review plans and calculations for quality, and coordinate with clients, agencies and internal teams to ensure successful delivery and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5+ years of land development experience.
• TX PE preferred.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Strong knowledge of grading, drainage, utilities, and permitting.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
