Ideal candidates bring a Civil Engineering degree with 4+ years of design experience, proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and MS Office, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with 4+ years of design experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, MS Office, and engineering tools.
• Clear communication, strong problem-solving, and an analytical mindset.
• Hydrology/hydraulic modeling and permitting experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute engineering design tasks with confidence and professional judgment
• Coordinate schedules, delegate work, and ensure quality through proven QA/QC processes
• Solve technical, scheduling, and budget challenges through proactive communication
• Review plans, respond to contractor questions, and support permitting and proposals
• Contribute to projects spanning residential, commercial, mixed-use, industrial, and multi-family developments
