TTL, Inc. in Tuscaloosa, AL, seeks a Civil Design Project Engineer to join our team. You will contribute to industrial, commercial, municipal, and residential projects, guiding design tasks and project delivery from concept through completion.

The ideal candidate has 6–8+ years of engineering experience, a PE license in Alabama or the ability to obtain within 6 months, and proficiency with AutoCAD/Civil 3D. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
• 6–8+ years of engineering services with progressive responsibilities in commercial, residential, and land development.
• Alabama P.E. or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Working experience in AutoCAD / Civil 3D.
• Technical and proposal writing skills.
• Effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent TTL in front of existing and potential clients.
• Manage project scopes of work, schedules, and budgets for a variety of projects.
• Provide engineering expertise on projects.
• Developing plans, specifications and cost estimates.
• Reviewing and directing the work of others.
• Documenting the design process and communications.
