Job summary

Leoforce in Cold Spring Harbor, NY is seeking a Civil Project Engineer with senior-level experience to lead site, grading and utility design efforts for a range of civil projects. The role involves storm water, roadways, and construction detailing, plus client relationship management.

The position requires a B.S. in Civil Engineering (ABET/EAC) and at least five years of relevant experience; familiarity with AutoCAD and HydroCAD is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an ABET/EAC accredited program.
• Five years of relevant experience in lieu of a PE.
• Experience in a professional consulting environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and design tools (AutoCAD, HydroCAD).
• Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
• Time management and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment on multiple deadlines.
