• Lewis Brisbois' Civil Litigation Practice represents defendants in significant exposure cases across numerous civil litigation areas, including a defense for property and personal injury claims for insured or self-insured businesses and individuals.
• The firm's Civil Litigation Practice excels in the litigation and trial of catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and complex litigation cases, with partners and senior associates having broad trial experience.
• While defense experience is preferred, the firm is also interested in developing talented attorneys with excellent skills in any litigation arena, provided they have substantive litigation experience.
