Qualifications

• Prior e-discovery experience, including document review platforms.
• Exposure to employment law matters is beneficial.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth legal and factual research to support case strategy
• Draft and prepare subpoenas, correspondence, and related legal documents
• Review, organize, and synthesize substantial sets of discovery materials
• Coordinate and oversee document productions, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Prepare clear and well-structured deposition line summaries
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including exhibits, binders, timelines, and witness materials
