Qualifications

• 3+ years of civil litigation paralegal experience.
• Strong knowledge of California civil procedures and forms.
• Proficient with e-filing, docketing, discovery, and motions.
• Advanced MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys through all phases of civil litigation.
• Maintain litigation calendars and deadlines.
• Prepare pleadings, discovery, and other documents.
• Coordinate depositions, hearings, and trial prep.
• File and serve documents in CA state and federal courts.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.
