Qualifications

• 3+ years of civil litigation paralegal experience in a law firm setting.
• Direct experience in landlord/tenant, eviction, foreclosure, creditor rights, or creditor bankruptcy.
• Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures from filing to trial.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil litigation cases from inception through resolution.
• Propound and respond to discovery and draft motions.
• Support attorneys with all phases of trial preparation.
