Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in civil litigation at a law firm.
• JD from an accredited law school and active Missouri bar admission.
• Illinois bar admission is a plus.
• Strong research, writing and courtroom advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Appear in court and conduct depositions as needed.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and correspondence.
• Collaborate with colleagues and paralegals to prepare for trial.
• Maintain detailed documentation and meet deadlines.
