Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney for our Rockville, Maryland office. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of civil litigation experience, preferably including insurance defense, and is licensed to practice in Maryland.

You will manage cases from inception through resolution, draft pleadings and motions, take depositions, and appear in court and mediations while advising clients and collaborating with a team of attorneys and staff.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of civil litigation and/or insurance defense experience.
• Experience handling cases from inception through resolution.
• Strong motion practice and deposition experience.
• Licensed to practice law in Maryland.
