Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school.
Active Virginia State Bar in good standing or eligibility for admission prior to employment.
Reliable transportation to and from work and to off-site work locations.
High level of computer literacy and ability to effectively utilize legal technology, digital communication platforms, document management systems, email, and Microsoft Office Suite and electronic filing systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated experience conducting legal research, analyzing legal issues, and drafting legal documents.

Responsibilities

Represent clients in litigation proceedings and prepare legal documents.
