Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction duties including digging, trenching, site preparation, and cleanup
• Operate light to medium equipment under supervision (skid steers, mini-excavators, backhoes, compactors)
• Assist with installation of foundations, conduit, fencing, and infrastructure
• Support crews with concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment at the job site
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Maintain basic inspections on assigned equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Comply with safety procedures and OSHA regulations
• Assist in traffic control and signage placement as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by Foreman or Site Supervisor
