Job summary

The Resolute Group is seeking a Project Manager to support Civil Construction and Infrastructure projects across the Washington DC-Baltimore region. You will lead projects from pre-construction through to successful completion, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery within budget.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of Project Management experience within the Civil Construction, Heavy Civil, or Infrastructure industry.
• Proven experience delivering construction projects from inception through completion.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and cost control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of Civil Construction and Infrastructure projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Oversee project financial performance, including cost control, forecasting, and change management.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, quality standards, and health and safety regulations.
• Prepare and present regular project updates to clients and senior leadership.
• Lead project meetings and promote effective communication across all stakeholders.
