The role emphasizes safety, timely work, and high quality, with 40+ hour weeks and potential weekend work; candidates should be physically capable of lifting 50 pounds and performing demanding tasks in various environments.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds, climb, bend, twist, stand and reach repetitively.
• 40 or more hours per week with possible weekend work.
• Background check and drug screen based on job location/requirement.

• Tapes off work area.

Position Description

Assists Journeyman with constructing, erecting, installing and repairing structures and fixtures of wooden structures, such as concrete forms, scaffolds, tunnel and sewer supports, and temporary frame shelters, according to sketches, blueprints, or oral instructions. These duties are to be performed in a safe and timely manner with the highest quality possible.

Job Responsibilities

Job Qualifications

• Preferred 24 to 36 months’ experience working in the construction field
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds, climb, bend, twist, stand and reach repetitively
• Work in hot/cold/damp/cramped environments
• 40 or more hours per week with possible weekend work
• Background check and drug screen based on job location/requirement
