Job summary

You will collaborate with the Project Manager and on-site staff to ensure conformance with plans and schedules. The role emphasizes hands-on learning, updating project schedules, coordinating drawings, and providing design clarifications.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an Engineering, Construction Management, or related program at an accredited technical college or university.
• Focus on civil engineering or construction management or similar field as part of degree.
• Willingness to learn field operations and on-site construction practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist with evaluation of field conditions and acceptance testing.
• Support quality assurance and quality control engineering materials testing.
• Apply survey knowledge to assist with project layout and checking of work.
• Review project drawings and coordinate design changes.
• Provide document control assistance for correspondence and submittals.
• Initiate engineering design clarifications.
• Perform quantity tracking and productivity analysis.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating field activities.
• Support on-site operations and verify contract payments.
• Assist with design of temporary structures using CAD tools.
