The ideal candidate should have strong skills in cost estimating and construction management, preferably with over five years of experience in heavy civil construction.

The position offers a salary range of $85K to $145K annually, along with comprehensive benefits including health insurance, flexible time off, and a 401(k) plan with company matching contributions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent field experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience on heavy construction or industrial projects.
• 5+ years of estimating experience in heavy civil or water infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates for proposals and projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Review documents to identify risks and opportunities related to pricing.
• Coordinate estimating factors with Engineering, Procurement, and Operations.
