The role emphasizes collaboration, value engineering, and maintaining cost data for templates and tools. Excellent communication and attention to detail are required.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience as a civil estimator in the construction industry.
• Proven take-off & estimating experience for civil projects (excavation, sitework, utilities).
• Proficiency in civil estimating software is preferred (Agtek, Bid-To-Win, HeavyBid, ETC).
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Eye for detail is essential.

Responsabilidades

We are searching for an experienced Civil Estimator in Nashville to join their Construction Precon Department.

As a Preconstruction Estimator - you will help manage, and prepare, our competitive cost estimates for all civil construction projects they perform.

Furthermore, Your expertise will directly impact the company’s ability to win work and grow while expertly executing challenging projects -- so We are looking for the Right Person to join their team.

Overview:

• Proficient in CIVIL estimating software is preferred (Agtek, Bid-To-Win, HeavyBid, ETC).
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Eye for Detail is absolutely essential.
