Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM, and/or 1+ years in estimating or project management.
• Basic understanding of estimating processes, construction drawings, safety, and quality standards.
• Drafts clear RFIs, meeting notes, and summaries.
• Performs accurate takeoffs and data entry in estimating tools.
• Identifies data gaps and escalates potential risks quickly.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, specs, and scope of work to support estimates.
• Prepare RFIs and bid documents with clear, accurate details.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to gather pricing.
• Assist in bid development and post-bid reviews.
