Responsibilities

• Lead civil and environmental components of construction documents for underground and aboveground storage tank removal and replacement at three facilities.
• Review and document existing site conditions relevant to the proposed work.
• Coordinate utility, grading, drainage, and site access requirements.
• Identify and evaluate environmental constraints associated with storage tank removal and replacement.
• Develop applicable civil and environmental plans, details, specifications, and technical recommendations.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager and other design disciplines to integrate civil and environmental requirements into a complete construction document package.
• Support the resolution of civil, environmental, and site-related design interfaces.
• Incorporate site conditions, constructability, access, and operational considerations into design solutions.
