Toth and Associates, Inc. seeks a Civil Engineer Supervisor/Manager to lead the Civil Engineering Department, oversee project execution, staffing, budgeting, and quality control for safe, efficient delivery and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 7–14 years of civil engineering experience, a PE license is preferred, and outstanding leadership and communication skills to mentor staff and drive department growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• 7–14 years of progressive civil engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred; PE strongly preferred and may be required based on business needs.
• Experience within engineering consulting environment preferred.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and common civil engineering design software.

TOTH is seeking a Civil Engineer Supervisor/Manager to join our Civil Engineering Department. This position provides leadership and oversight for civil engineering projects, staff, and departmental operations. The Civil Engineer Supervisor/Manager is responsible for managing project execution, supporting business development efforts, mentoring and developing team members, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company quality standards.The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, demonstrated project management experience, and the ability to effectively lead and develop engineering staff.
