• Monitor project schedules, budgets, financial performance, and quality standards.

• Mentor team members and support career development, performance planning, and resource sharing.

Our client is seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Senior Project Manager to lead municipal infrastructure projects and client relationships in the Glastonbury, Connecticut, area.

This position is responsible for planning, organizing, designing, and managing projects while ensuring successful completion within established schedules, budgets, and Quality Assurance/Quality Control standards. Projects will primarily involve municipal civil infrastructure, site planning, permitting, water and wastewater systems, and infrastructure design.

The estimated salary range for this position is $133,189-$162,000. Actual compensation will depend on related experience, location, market conditions, education, training, certifications, credentials, skills, and demonstrated proficiency.
