Job summary

Fehr Graham is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Sheboygan, WI. The role focuses on civil engineering with a municipal infrastructure emphasis, overseeing projects and leading teams of staff and subconsultants to deliver results.

You will be the primary client contact, supporting proposals, presentations, and business development while ensuring quality control, scheduling, and effective communication with stakeholders across multiple disciplines.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of civil engineering experience with municipal infrastructure focus.
• Experience with a consulting firm or municipality.
• Strong understanding of water, wastewater, stormwater, and roadways.
• PE license is required.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to operate independently and drive growth.
