Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
EIT certification preferred, or a clear path to obtaining it within 6 months.
Foundational experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D is highly preferred.
Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts.
Responsibilities
Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to develop detailed site layouts.
Perform topographic analysis to design site grading and drainage patterns.
Assist in the modeling and design of Stormwater Management Systems.
Conduct research into municipal zoning ordinances and prepare permit applications.
Draft comprehensive drainage studies and supporting reports.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to resolve design conflicts.
Review contractor shop drawings and respond to RFIs.
