Mott MacDonald invites rising Civil Engineers to join a three-month summer development internship at our Charlotte, NC office. You’ll work alongside experienced consultants and mentors to build technical skills while embracing a consultant mindset and delivering meaningful outcomes.

Among the key experiences are site inspections, client meetings, design refinement, report analysis, and collaboration with the Early Career Professionals Network.

Formación

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Demonstrated interest through internships, volunteering, or memberships.
• Creative, methodical, and pragmatic approach to problem solving.
• Proficient communication and presentation skills for client and colleague engagement.
