Qualifications

• Enrollment in a Bachelor of Science program in the field of Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or other related technical degree.
• Completion of at least sophomore year of study by the summer of 2027.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recommend purchase, modification and improvement of varied equipment and facilities.
• Manage aspects of large cross-functional projects with attention to cost, schedule, performance and deliverables.
• Define the scope of the project and select team members from within and outside of their discipline.
• Lead engineering and design work for installation and retrofit of varied, complex equipment, infrastructure, and facilities.
• Ensure advanced day-to-day equipment troubleshooting support for Maintenance.
• Lead the development of standards, processes, and procedures within the department.
• Suggest recommendations for improvement and other duties to support the business.
• Undertake various other projects as needed to support the business.

Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
