Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• EIT certification required; PE licensure a plus.
• Experience in site development design and permitting processes.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and standard engineering tools.
• Strong communication and ability to lead smaller projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist with design of site development projects (grading, drainage, utilities).
• Prepare construction drawings and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with project teams and clients; support permitting efforts.
• Provide construction phase support and respond to RFIs.
