Job summary

Datrose is seeking a Civil Engineer to join our Landenberg, PA office. The role focuses on designing and reviewing land development projects from concept through compliance, with emphasis on municipal approvals and client coordination.

The candidate should have a BS in Civil Engineering, 2–5 years of site design experience, and strong CAD skills. PE is preferred but not required; the position requires clear written and verbal communication and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of experience in residential/commercial site design.
• PE preferred but not required.
• Experience with CAD based design software.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with clients.

Responsibilities

• Design and prepare site plans for municipal approval.
• Design Post Construction Stormwater Management Facilities.
• Coordinate applications with clients and consultants.
• Review Subdivision and Land Development Plans for compliance with municipal regulations.
