Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. seeks a Civil Engineer for a Chicago office to support roadway, drainage, and transportation projects across the Midwest.

Responsibilities include roadway design, Phase I/II studies, drainage plans, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and client communication. A B.S. in Civil Engineering and 3+ years of civil/transportation experience are required; PE preferred but not required, with familiarity in MicroStation/Geopak/MS Office being a plus.

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering required.
• 3+ years of civil/transportation experience preferred.
• PE license preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with MicroStation, Geopak or Microsoft Office a plus.

Our client is looking for a Civil Engineer to join their Chicago office and support roadway, drainage, and transportation projects across the Midwest.

Key Responsibilities:
