Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 4+ years of civil site development experience.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, engineering design, and construction document preparation for civil site development projects.
• Work with Principal Engineer on commercial, residential, municipal, and public infrastructure projects.
• Design site layouts, grading, drainage, utilities, roads, and parking lots.
• Prepare technical reports, engineering calculations, and final construction plans.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, municipalities, and regulatory agencies.
• Mentor junior engineers and help deliver high-quality projects from concept through construction.
