Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (master's preferred).
• Proven experience as Civil Project Manager on complex civil engineering projects.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Knowledge of regulations and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans with scope, schedule, and budget.
• Oversee execution of civil projects meeting specs and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor progress and address issues.
• Act as primary client contact and build relationships.
• Guide and mentor multidisciplinary project team.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor budgets and financial performance.
• Optimize resource allocation for efficiency.
