This role offers leadership in design delivery, mentorship of junior staff, and coordination with clients and municipal agencies.

Key Responsibilities

The Civil Engineer / Design Engineer, you will be entrusted with overseeing all civil design activities associated with a portfolio of land development projects; responsible for conceptual and detailed site design, grading (rough and final), underground utility design (street, sewer, water, and storm drains), and hydraulic calculations. The role includes project coordination, oversight of technical design standards, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining compliance with regulatory and engineering best practices.

Candidate Profile

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and PE or EIT registration in California, with a commitment to obtaining full licensure if not already licensed.
