Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Civil Engineer to support land development and infrastructure projects across the Pacific Northwest. The role offers an onsite start with potential hybrid work later, in a collaborative environment focused on client service and quality outcomes.

The position requires a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, 3+ years of relevant experience, and proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D. EIT is preferred, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• EIT certification preferred.
• 3+ years of civil engineering experience in site/land development.
• Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar.

Responsibilities

• Prepare civil designs, plans, calculations, and specs for site development projects.
• Design grading, drainage, stormwater, utilities, water, and sanitary sewer systems.
• Collaborate with clients, municipalities, consultants, surveyors, and internal teams.
• Support projects from concept through permitting, design, and construction.
• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and stormwater modeling software.
