Job summary

gpac is partnering with an employee-owned multi-disciplined engineering firm seeking a Civil Engineer in Michigan. The role focuses on land development projects, stormwater and utility design, and coordinating with clients and staff.

Responsibilities include field visits during construction, leading the preparation of drawings, calculations and specifications, and ensuring quality deliverables. Candidates should have a B.S. in civil engineering and at least two years of design experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of design experience on land development projects.
• Proficient with AutoCAD and Civil3D.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with staff and clients on stormwater, utility design, and plat reviews.
• Perform site visits during construction.
• Lead the preparation of drawings, calculations, and specifications.

Qualifications

• B.S., Civil Engineering or related field
• 2+ years of design experience on land development projects
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil3D
• Experience with land development projects, utility design and stormwater design

Responsibilities

• Working with other staff members and clients on: stormwater design and management, utility design, construction administration, plat and development plan review, new client development
• Make site visits during construction phase
• Lead team in preparation of project drawings, calculations and specs
