Qualifications

• ABET/EAC-accredited Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (required).
• Engineer-in-Training (EI) certification required; PE licensure pursued.
• 3+ years civil design/construction experience required.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, StormWise, Bentley hydraulic modeling or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and apply standard techniques for complex civil projects.
• Perform advanced engineering calculations and design tasks (stormwater, earthworks, roads, utilities, drainage).
• Prepare plans, specs, cost estimates, permits, schedules, and documentation.
• Supervise junior engineers and review work for accuracy and standards.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and agencies to ensure project success.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members and maintain timelines.
