Job summary

Quiddity is seeking a Civil Engineering Associate to join our Texas team, supporting design and management of civil projects while learning leadership from experienced engineers who provide mentorship and guidance.

Responsibilities include performing defined design tasks, reviewing work for consistency, supporting senior engineers on planning and preliminary design, and helping with permit applications and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• FE required to advance Engineer-In-Training designation within 12 months of hire.
• Valid Texas driver’s license and insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist with design and management of civil engineering projects.
• Review work for discrepancies and ensure data consistency.
• Support planning, preliminary design, and drafting tasks under guidance.
• Assist with documentation, maps, plans, and permit applications.
