Duration: 12 months to start - This is a 5+ year project/contract
Schedule: Onsite – 5 days per week (Monday–Friday)
Pay Rate: $60–$65/hour (W2)
Relocation : No per diem is available., Candidates relocating to the area may be eligible for a one-time $1,000 mobilization reimbursement.

Position Overview

• We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer III to support a long-term infrastructure and construction project in Chesapeake, VA.
• This role will lead engineering efforts across multiple concurrent projects, from early design review through final construction, while ensuring regulatory compliance, permitting, and engineering quality.
• The ideal candidate is a self-driven civil engineer with strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving abilities, and experience managing engineering reviews, permitting, and construction oversight.

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering ().
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is but not required.
• Experience with local, state, and federal permitting processes.
